When the module "PDF Tickets with confirmation email" is activated, the tickets will be sent automatically as a PDF with the confirmation email.

Activate the ticket module

  • Log in to your bookingkit account, and under "Settings > Modules".

  • Activate the “PDF Tickets with confirmation email” module there with just one click.

Configure your Tickets

  • Under "Customization > Ticket configuration" you can set your ticket settings and displays (either for all or at experience level

  • You can also select from several ticket templates, choose to show the venue for your experience and any additional information.

Validate your Tickets

Integrate your barcodes into all common entry systems

  • You can export your ticket codes under "Statistics > Export > Services" and then integrate these into standard access control systems such as Korona and Skidata.

How do the tickets look like from your customer’s perspective?

  • You can see a preview of your tickets at any time under "Customization -> Ticket configuration".

  • The tickets make an ideal gift, as only the name of the participant, the payment status, date and venue are shown on the ticket.

  • The PDF tickets generated by the system can also always be found directly in the detailed view of an order.

Important note for orders with more than 10 participants

  • Please note that starting with the 11th participant, the PDF tickets will no longer be sent as a file attachment in the order confirmation. Instead, they can be downloaded by the end customer via an additional link.

Important note on the presentation of the price category

Please note that the maximum length for the price level designation on the PDF ticket is 25 characters. All characters after this are automatically truncated by the system.
