In this article you will find out which emails are sent by bookingkit to you as the provider and which are sent to the end customer. We will explain exactly which emails should be activated at best and why. The same applies to the after-sales emails.
1. Emails from bookingkit to providers
Under Settings > Email configuration you can (de-)activate your email notifications. Below we explain why you should activate the marked notifications in the picture below.
The most important emails at a glance:
A) New order
You should not receive an order from a customer.
B) Canceled order
We will inform you as soon as a cancellation has been received.
C) New request received
When a customer makes a booking request, it should be ensured that you are informed quickly in order to provide the customer with the fastest possible security.
D) New user created
The activation of this email is required, you will be notified as soon as you have won a new user.
The activation of these emails is also required, you will receive the invoice for the last month.
F) Successful payout
As soon as a payment has been successfully credited to your account, you will receive a message from us.
2. Emails from bookingkit to end customers
Also under Settings > Email configuration you can see which emails are sent to the end customer. This is where most of them are needed and it is best to inform the customer about everything.
3. After-Sales Emails
Call up the point Emails to the customer under Email configuration settings and activate the Email customer loyalty marketing function with just one click.
