bookingkit makes out an invoice to the experience provider on a monthly basis. This article explains the accounting and billing system in greater detail:

On the first of the monthly invoice summary, it says “already paid” against the charges.

“Already paid” means that bookingkit deducts charges from online payment transactions directly after they are paid, before the money is transferred to the trustee or PayPal account.
To ensure that the charges are not paid twice, they are entered in the accounts as already paid. On the subsequent pages you will find the individual charges which have already been paid marked in green. This therefore means that it’s a good idea to print out invoices in colour (not black and white) if they are to be forwarded to your accountant/tax advisor.

On the last page of the attachment you will find the calculation showing the total charges already paid, which should be identical to that on the first page.
