Well, who hasn’t experienced this? Your customer made a typo or forgot some details, which can sometimes be problematic with corporate clients.  With bookingkit it’s no problem - naturally! You can easily amend the invoice details. Just call up the relevant order in your bookingkit account, and click on “Edit”.

You can now change the contact and invoice data. If your customer pays on the premises, you can edit the order there as well, and add further items to the order if required.

Then click "Save” and the invoice will be amended accordingly. You can then send it to your customer’s email address again with the order confirmation, using the “Order confirmation” button.

Please note: Once you edit invoice-related data, a new invoice will be generated. For more information regarding our invoices, please have a look here.
