If you have activated cash payment as a payment method, your customers can book an appointment online and select cash payment. However, when vouchers are selected in the booking process, they can be only payed with online payment methods (instant bank transfer, direct debit, credit card or PayPal).
There is reason for this!
If a customer would select payment in cash, he could use the voucher before he has paid because he receives the voucher code in the last step of the check out.
However, if a customer wants to buy a voucher from you and pay in cash while he is there, you can manually create a voucher code in your bookingkit account.
Tip: Customers can buy a voucher for each experience. On top of that, we recommend setting up a generic voucher and promote it visibly on your homepage to increase the revenue.
