f your customers are experiencing technical problems when making a booking through bookingkit, there are two options during the ordering process:

  1. If a customer wants to book an appointment for one of your events or would like to purchase a voucher for it, the booking process is as follows:

2. Here, the customer can access the "Are you having problems placing your order?" field and will be forwarded to the following page to describe the issue. The form will be forwarded directly to our service team at service@bookingkit.de and we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

3. When entering data and the payment method, the customer has the opportunity to leave a comment for the provider:

As a provider, you can view this comment in bookingkit under Orders. You can also enter the booking code in the search bar at the top right or your customer's name and you will be forwarded directly to the relevant booking.


Important: In order for us at bookingkit to examine the issue, we need at least the email address that was used in the booking process.
