Your customer shows up for an appointment with more participants than originally booked and you need to make an additional payment? Find out how to adjust the associated invoice for such cases in this article.

The balance resulting from additional participants can only be paid to you on site. It is not possible to make a subsequent charge, e.g. to the credit card or bank account used in the original booking. In order to note additional participants in the invoice, we recommend creating internal price levels for such cases that only use as a provider can see in bookingkit. For this, you need to enable the module "Advanced price levels".

If you need to add a participant to an existing booking, simply open the corresponding booking and add the additional participant. You can also choose the corresponding additional price level.
After confirming the change, the additional booking will show up separately on the invoice.
