Use extended price levels if you would like to fix a special price category for certain customers or customer groups which are not intended to be published on the website, but can only be seen by yourselves in the backend.

1. Activate extended price levels

You can activate the “Extended price levels” module under “Settings”.

After activating these, you can click on one of your existing Experiences directly under the “Experiences” tab, and fix individual price categories.

Then scroll down to “Price information” and add as many price categories as you wish with a selected price added in each case. For instance: children 10 Euros, adults 20 Euros, staff 10 Euros.

What is unique here is that you can now decide which price categories are to be publicly displayed and which can only be seen by yourselves in the backend. In the right-hand column “Public” you decide by adding a tick (check mark) whether a price level should be displayed in the frontend viewed by your customer or not.

 3. Payment when applying extended price levels

Every extended price level can be paid by any of the payment methods you offer. This also applies to non-public price levels. For instance, if the customer wishes to pay online, you can set up a reservation for him, after which the customer receives a confirmation email with a link to Payment. The same naturally also applies to manual bookings

4. Benefits of extended price levels

It makes sense to use extended price levels, for instance for your B2B business, so that you can offer corporate customers a particular price without the end customer seeing this on your website.
