If your competitors are changing prices and you need to decrease your prices, or if costs are increasing and therefore you need to increase your prices, you can always change them in your experiences in bookingkit. We recommend the following ways:

  • You add a new experience with an appointment series and the new prices. At the moment you want to publicize them, you activate this experience and deactivate the experience with the old process.  
  • You change the price category in the experience at that time and leave the appointment series.

The past bookings will be not affected by the price change. The second way is less work but the bookings won’t be separated in terms of service dates.


By the way: please bear in mind that those changes do not apply for partly integrated market platforms, e.g. viator. If you want to change the prices there, please do it directly on the corresponding platform.
