How to adjust resellers' quotas for each of your experiences

First, activate the module "Extended Availability Management" under Settings -> Modules.

You can flexibly decide the quota for each of your resellers per experience. Simply log in to your bookingkit-account, go to Experiences tab and click Edit for a specific experience. You can set or change quotas under Resellers' Quotas. Please note that the quotas will then apply overall to all existing appointments of the experience.

How to adjust resellers' quotas for specific dates

First, activate the module "Extended Availability Management" under Settings -> Modules.

You can flexibly decide the quota for each of your resellers per experience date. Simply log in to your bookingkit-account, go to the calendar tab and click on the specific appointment you wish to adjust. You can then modify the quota for each reseller.
