Refund without cancellation of the order in bookingkit
You can refund any orders which are cancelled either in cash or in the form of a voucher. You can specify the amount individually at any time.
You can also give the customer a refund without cancelling the order. This is how you do it:
Look for the order
Click on the green “Refund” button
After this, you can decide the amount of the refund, and also whether you would like to do it in the form of a cash refund or a voucher.
