How do I activate rent-a-guide in bookingkit?
Log into your bookingkit account under Marketing > Platforms and click on the green Activate button. And your experiences will be linked straight away to rent-a-guide.
Directly after activating rent-a-guide in bookingkit you'll receive an email by bookingkit with, further instructions, e.g. the registration at rent-a-guide:

The connection with rent-a-guide is a partial integration. That means your bookingkit appointments will automatically be transferred and synchronized with rent-a-guide. All bookings made on the platform will be transferred and visible in your bookingkit account.
It is possible to limit the number of tickets you sell via rent-a-guide. In order to manage your quotas you have to activate the module Quota Management. Here is a tutorial.
Note: The final decision as to which experiences are published is the responsibility of rent-a-guide. Usually all providers are being accepted.
