1. User management

If you are on the Premium Tariff, you can add several users and specify which areas they can see, and which they can’t. For instance, your accounts department could view and/or edit just the billing area and maybe your operations staff could view and/or edit just the orders.

2. Statistics

You can get a quick overview of business figures under Statistics.
If you want to analyse the data in detail, or would like to import an analysis tool, you can export your figures under Statistics > Export,  

by order date, if sorted by the dates on which your customers booked:

by date of the service being provided, ie sorted by the dates your customers have booked to take up the experience:

by vouchers sold:

And you can also see the total of outstanding vouchers here on a particular date:

3. Capacity utilisation/calendar

You can see how fully booked you are at a glance on your calendar. The calendar is constructed like a “heat map”, ie days which are particularly fully booked are marked in red. Days with fewer bookings are marked in yellow.

So how do you improve your capacity utilisation?
