We will explain which emails should be activated and why.
1. Emails from bookingkit to providers
You can (de-)activate the email notifications you would like to receive under Settings -> Email configuration . We explain why you may want to activate notifications marked in the picture below.
The most important at a glance:
A) New order
Stay on top of all your bookings with this notification.
B) Canceled order
We will inform you as soon as a cancellation has been received.
C) New request received
When a customer makes a booking request, you should be able to react quickly.
D) New user created
The activation of this fucntion is required. You will be notified as soon as you have acquired a new user.
The activation of these emails is also required.
F) Successful payout
You will receive a message from us as soon as the payment from your MangoPay escrow account to your business bank account has been successful.
2. Emails from bookingkit to end customers
You can view which emails are sent to your end customers further down below. All of them are necessary to keep your customers informed about any changes.
3. After-Sales Emails
Edit and activate the after-sales email that shall be sent to your customers under Customer emails section.
