Vouchers can be only be payed for online (via instant bank transfer, direct debit, credit card or PayPal).

And for a good reason.

If a customer could choose to pay for a voucher in cash, they could potentially use the voucher before they actually pay for it, since the code is sent to them once the order is confirmed. This could potentially lead to an unpleasant situation of losing revenue due to unethical behaviour of some customers.

Yet, if a customer wants to buy a voucher from you on site and pay in cash straight away, you can easily create a voucher code for them manually in your bookingkit account .

Tip: We recommend creating you own generic voucher. Make sure to embed it into your website in such a way that it is noticeable and/or easy to find.
