Flexible Tickets & Flexible Offers
You're probably wondering what exactly is meant by this. Don't worry, it's really a piece of cake. You simply set up a 'flexible offer' in your bookingkit backend. Your customers can then book this directly online as a 'flexible ticket'.
After successful booking, your customers will receive a product voucher / single purpose voucher, which they can then redeem for the desired experience. How often the voucher should be redeemable can be set up in advance in your setting - just keep on reading in order to know how to do it!
Please note that the voucher - in contrast to multiple purpose vouchers - is subject to sales tax, as it is a voucher for a specific product.
Activate the module
Before you get started, you first have to activate the "Flexible Tickets" module under Settings > Modules with just one click:
Set up flexible offers
Under Experiences > Flexible offers you can directly create flexible offers for your experiences. Just click on the button "+ New flexible offer". In the next step you can name and set up your offer. You can define the number of admissions as well as the price levels for which the ticket is valid. In addition, you have the option of limiting the availability, e.g. with regard to the booking or service period.

By the way: Under Experiences you can also directly create a flexible offer for the respective experience via the corresponding button:
View in the backend
Under Settings > Flexible offers you can view and manage your created offers at any time.
Your end customers will see your offers clearly and concisely displayed in several places in your widget, so that they perceive it particularly well and your sales increase automatically. Your offers are displayed in the detailed view of your experiences as well as in the experience lists. In the latter on the one hand as a concise button, but on the other hand also as separate offers directly under your experiences. But see for yourself:

By the way: In the order confirmation, your end customers can also redeem their now purchased product voucher directly and conveniently:
After clicking on 'Book date', your customer can directly select a date and log in directly. The voucher is automatically deducted and the customer is also shown how often the voucher can still be redeemed:
Your customers will receive their flexible ticket as an attachment in their confirmation email and can download it from the service overview. The voucher code (with which your customers can book themselves into the respective experience), the name of the booker as well as your offer description are naturally displayed on the ticket:

The feature can be used for every industry - no matter if you are a fitness provider and want to display monthly tickets, offer 10er tickets in a rental shop, or simply want to market a limited-time special offer as an escape room.
If your end customers want to give the flexible ticket away and you leave the description empty, they can fill out the field in the ticket individually and thus have the perfect gift!
